Richard G. Stuckey

President/Owner

Richard Stuckey is the President and sole owner of LANformation, Inc. A veteran of the United States Army, Richard began his technology career in 1985 as system administrator for Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center, while also serving as Chief of Law Enforcement. He studied psychology at the University of Georgia, and business administration at Drury College, then continued his education in Management Information Systems in Colorado at Parks College.

Prior to establishing LANformation in 1996, Rich was Director of Technical Services and the primary engineer for five years at Networks of Florida. Rich has a diverse technical background that enables him to transition easily among the numerous hardware and software configurations present in today's office environments as well as the various network operating systems. He is fluent in Novell NetWare and Microsoft Windows Operating systems. Rich holds the following certifications: Novell Certified NetWare Engineer 6 (CNE), HP Accredited Systems Engineer, Compaq Accredited Systems Engineer, HP Integration Specialist, MCSP, and CISCO VOiP Certified Sales Professional. He is trained in Open Telephony Voice Over IP in Asterisk and Schmooze systems. His hardware and software troubleshooting and problem diagnosis abilities are unsurpassed in the Panhandle area.

Richard is the father of three; his daughter recently moved to Pensacola from San Antonio and he has two sons living in Arizona. In his spare time, Rich enjoys Wii, movies, and on-line computer games.

Deborah J. Stuckey

Chief Financial Officer

Deborah joined the LANformation staff in 2003 as Marketing Director. She currently also serves as LANformation’s Chief Financial Officer performing all accounting functions as well as continuing marketing efforts. She is a graduate of Pensacola Junior College and Cambria-Rowe Business College and has attended the University of Maryland, European Division and the City Colleges of Chicago.

Prior to joining LANformation, Debby was co-owner of EnFocus, Inc., marketing consultants based in Pensacola, Florida. She lived for nine years in Naples, Italy, where she was a buyer for the Navy Exchange for several years and then served as manager for the Children Center daycare/preschool directing a multi-national staff. As a former Navy wife, Debby has worked in a variety of roles including bookkeeping, advertising and marketing, sales, recreational programs director, and training. As a result she has developed a unique perspective and an understanding of the interactions of various business departments and functions.

Debby is the mother of two and grandmother of one. She served as a volunteer with the Girl Scouts for over twenty years. She is an avid genealogist having traced her family roots back to the 1500’s. She enjoys travel, reading, crocheting, Wii, and spending time with her grandson.

Winston Bolt

Lead Service Technician

Winston has been LANformation’s lead service technician since 2007. His background includes service in the United States Air Force and systems engineering for several governmental contractors in support of the United States Air Force. Winston also spent time overseas supporting Department of Defense (DOD) operations in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Uzbekistan, and Afghanistan. Winston is a graduate of Alameda University with a degree in Computer Science. He holds a number of Microsoft certifications and is experienced in multiple operating systems and database systems. He has managed both large and small scale networks running Solaris, Microsoft, Linux, Oracle databases, Microsoft SQL databases, and CISCO systems. Winston has over 20 years of experience and with his unique experience and knowledge working with the DOD and private sector. Winston has given LANformation new aspects of providing support to our clients with new technologies, experience, and his personal involvement with our clients. In his spare time, Winston enjoys creating digital graphic arts, photography, reading, and playing Texas Hold’em Poker.

Dale Brock

Project Manager

Dale has been with LANformation since 2009. With several years of experience in the setup and maintenance of Windows environment networks and as project manager, Dale currently is the primary engineer responsible for several of LANformation’s managed services clients. He served in the United States Army and attended Pensacola Junior College before beginning his technology career. In his spare time, Dale enjoys camping, music, racquetball, and computers.

Leon Ledbetter

Chief Customer Officer

In April 2011, LANFORMATION WELCOMED Leon Ledbetter as LANformation’s new Chief Customer Officer. Leon is a native of southern New Mexico where he retired as a Captain of a Sheriff’s Department. Several years ago, Leon and his family began to look for a place to start his next career challenge, a place to continue to raise his family, and said without a doubt the Emerald Coast was their only choice. “I’ve had several opportunities to work for quality companies but felt LANformation’s reputation for honesty and integrity was a great fit for me.” Leon will be making his way around to meet all of our customers in the near future and if you have any questions or comments to help improve what we do, please give him a call here at the office at 850-202-5263, ext. 202.
